WELL, congrats! There is a lot to learn and This workshop is for you!!!! Here you will learn and understand the basic principles of Food Safe Machine Cutting. Know what supplies are necessary for Food Safe Machine Cutting and why. Gain exposure on how to use your New Cricut. Become familiar with the basic steps for uploading custom artwork to Cricut Design Space and creating Print Then Cut jobs. Discover many ways to use Food Safe Machine Cutting to create edible decorations saving you money, and time and eliminating the stress of the last-minute order.
This special hands-on demonstration will include:
- Food Safe Conversion: discuss how to convert a Cricut to be used for Food Safe Machine Cutting, how to safely dual-purpose a Cricut for crafting and food-safe use, and which crafting materials to avoid.
- Cake Wrap: using Premium Icing Sheets from Icing Images, create wraparound artwork for a cake. Using SmartFlex Velvet from The Sweet Chalet and impression mats, hide where the image meets.
- Gathered Bow: using FlexFrost from Icing Images, create flexible, fabric-like bows that may be used to decorate cookies or sculpted pieces.
- Logo Print Then Cut: using custom artwork, create edible stickers that may be used to decorate cakes, cookies, and other foods.
- Edible Cardmaking: using SmArt Sheets from Icing Images and edible markers, create an edible greeting card.
- EZ Fantasy Flowers: using wafer paper, create fantasy flowers with printed veining and details, then cut the flower out using Print Then Cut.
- Fondant Cutting: using SmartFlex Velvet from The Sweet Chalet, create custom cut fondant pieces suitable for layering with other edible papers or fondant.
- Edible Standies: Using premium Icing Sheets from Icing Images and dried pasta, create fast, edible standies to decorate the top of a cake.
- Christmas Cookie: using SmartFlex Velvet from The Sweet Chalet and impression mats, cover a cookie. Using scrap Premium Icing Sheets from Icing Images from other projects and luster dust, create edible snow that may be used to decorate the cookie.
Your Teacher, Master Guru STACEY BARR from Icing Images, will walk you through an easy path to make things logical and fun for you. Teachers are all welcome as well as teenagers; any 15 years+ assistance (who help you whenever there is a "technical" difficulty!) Hubbies are welcome too!
