Genie's premium ultra dark blend is created with black and Dutch processed cocoa. It has the perfect balance of the richest and darkest flavor, without the bitter taste usually associated with dark chocolate. As an added bonus, you can cut the flavor intensity by adding some standard cocoa.
Ingredients: Cocoa (processed with Alkali)
Can also be used for macarons and in recipes where cocoa powder is called for.
