Royal Icing Mix 1kg White

NOTE: Great Taste and consistency. We recommend adding a drop of white food coloring to attain a bright white shade.

Directions:

1. Sift to remove clumps: This product needs to be sifted prior to use to ensure smoothness.
2. Pour 250g (8.8 oz) into blender and beat at low speed.
3. Gradually add 45ml of water until incorporated, increasing speed until reaching high speed for maximum of ten (10) minutes.
4. Add additional 2-5 ml for desired consistency if too thick. (2ml for "average" consistency, 5ml for thinner consistency)
5. Add desired flavor to taste.
6. Incorporate gel color or powder color to desired shade.
