HOW IT WORKS:

• Image(s) will be available for pick-up twenty-four (24) hours after placing your order. You will receive three (3) emails from us regarding your image:
  1. "Order Confirmation" confirming your order has been placed.
  2. "Order Processing" confirming your image has been approved for printing.
     1. Note: If your image is not approved for printing you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to proceed.
  3. "Order Ready for Pick-up" confirming your image has been printed and is ready for pick-up!
• Image(s) must abide by policies mentioned in "Info Regarding Edible Images" section of the website. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet our policies.
• Orders must be paid in full prior to printing.
• If you have chosen "Pay Over the Phone", payment must be paid 24 hours before the date of pick-up. Failure to before the date of pick up will result in cancellation. Same day payments are not accepted.
• All edible images are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

*files may be uploaded via iPhone, Android, tablet, or computer. We strongly suggest uploading via a computer to ensure the highest quality image.

Please note: This service required a 24 hrs processing time. We only process images on Tuesdays to Friday. Saturday Pick up only (with some exception's) SHOPPE IS CLOSED ON SUNDAY- MONDAY-WEDNESDAY 1/2 DAY
